- NaphCare - Project manager for multi-year full service marketing contract. Sub-projects included website design and development, brochure design and printing, booth display, print ad creatives, and trafficing ads to various 3rd party media outlets.

- National Institute of Corrections – Satellite Broadcast Contract – Responsible for interfacing with client and vendors, maintaining an live sub site, technical assistance during broadcast, and marketing tasks.
- Massachusetts Sheriffs Association – Paperless Civil Process Pilot Contract – Member of the Justice Information Technology Team participating in all phases of the project.
- As-Is Analysis - Responsible for comprehensive as-is analysis, gaining knowledge of the civil process system, on-site interviews, business flows, creating and validating data matrices between counties, and validating data flow and IT infrastructure diagrams.
- Pilot Planning – Interfacing with clients, consultants, staffing agencies, and developers. Creating functional specifications, wireframes, and web flows
- Pilot Development – GUI creation for windows application and web interfaces. Development of portions of modules using .net, and C#.

Responsible for training clients on course loading, training records functions, HTML, Dreamweaver, and optimizing graphics for the web. Clients include NCLETTC, Eastern Kentucky University, and KY Department of Corrections.
- Perini - SVR admin – Key member of discovery group to create an intuitive report writer for large vendor database. Responsible for ux, buildout, and testing.
